Breaking Hospital Physicians News!  A federal appeals court in Atlanta ruled that the insurance mandate provision of the healthcare reform law is unconstitutional.  In a 2-1 ruling, Judges conclude that Congress cannot require all Americans to buy health insurance. This ruling by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals is in favor of the 26 states, that challenged the law as unconstitutional. The court ruled the rest of the healthcare law is constitutional.
