I am extremely pleased with the performance of OPYS since coming to IMH. Their ability to provide coverage for both ED and Hospitalist services has created a cohesiveness between the two departments and has improved our inpatient average days 100% over last year. We are able to keep the transfer rates low and treat our patients in their local community.

The care was excellent. The whole experience from sign-in to discharge was an excellent experience. When I got home, I wrote on my Facebook about the great care I received in that urgent care.

The doctor was very good, very calming, very thorough and very transparent. That transparency is very important to me. I want to know what my doctor is thinking and what direction he’s going in. The doctor was open with me and I truly appreciate that.

The care was terrific; just wonderful! He explained everything thoroughly and even gave me his business card saying that I should ask the nurse to get him for me if I had additional questions while I was being treated in the ED.
