At the 26th Annual Conference November 2020, Rural Resilience: The Road to Recovery, the Rural Health Association of Tennessee Board of Director elections resulted in Ms. Alicia Calloway elected as one of two new Board Members. Calloway, along with Mr. Barry Cooper, are the newly elected members for 2021.
With a heart for healthcare, but especially providing service to the rural areas of the country, Alicia truly has a passion for helping rural hospitals succeed under what are sometimes seen as unsurmountable odds. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Calloway oversees the daily operations across all departments, while developing value based services to our established hospital partners, and designing models of success for new facilities.
